齿轮三维参数化建模及其运动仿真分析
Molding of 3D parametric for spur gears and its mechanism motion simulation analysis
【摘要】 介绍在Pro/E环境下,运用基于特征的三维参数化建模功能和机构运动仿真技术,实现标准渐开线直齿轮的造型和齿轮机构运动仿真分析方法,解决以往齿轮建模过程繁琐和齿轮机构不能模拟真实工作环境的问题,提高产品的设计效率和质量。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the method of using function of 3D parametric modeling based on feature and movement simulation technology in environment of Pro/Engineer to carry out modeling for standard involute spur gears and kinematics simulation analysis in gear mechanism are introduced.The problem of the traditional modeling of gear such as complicated process and the real working sitiuation can′t be used to simulate for gear mechanism are settled,and the product design efficiency and quality are raised.
