【Abstract】 The formation and development of the non-agricultural industries involve internal and external factors. Internal factors are concerned with investors and laborers, and external factors cover land circulation, geographical environment, agricultural development, and so on. The circulation of land use rights is related to the non-agriculture’s development, the government support and the interest-driven factors. The thesis argues that the circulation of land use gives impetus to the formation and development of the non-agricultural industries, and in turn the development and prosperity of non-agricultural industries promote the circulation of land use. As a consequence, both the circulation of land use and the non-agricultural industries development are committed to developing agricultural economy.更多还原
