关于科技人才成长与资助关系的思考
Thinking about the Relation between the Growth and Project Support of the Science-technology Talents
【摘要】 通过科技人才成长与资助的杠杆分析,找出目前科技人才成长与资助存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
【Abstract】 The article analyzes the lever relation between the growth and project support of the science-technology talents, and finds its existing problems. Some countermeasures and suggestions are made in the end.
