新型系留气球缆绳收放系统设计
Design of a Novel Cable Launch and Recovery System of Tethered Aerostat
【摘要】 在介绍系留气球缆绳收放系统功能的基础上,对缆绳收放系统的主牵引系统和张力检测与排线系统进行了设计.系统采用RS485总线实现上位机、PLC、变频器及步进电机控制器之间的通信,简化了系统结构,提高了系统可靠性.试验结果表明,所设计的系统运行平稳、性能良好,完全满足设计要求.
【Abstract】 On the basic of introducing function of cable launch and recovery system of tethered aerostat,this paper designs main tow system and tension measure and cable align system of the system.The system connects host,PLC,inverter,step motor controller with RS485,which simplifies the system structure and enhances the system reliability.The experimentative results indicate the system performance is well and fully meet design demand.
