【摘要】 目的观察江西蜂胶的不同溶剂提取物对幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)的体外抑制作用,从而为进行体内试验乃至临床应用奠定理论及实验基础。方法以95%乙醇及水为溶剂提取蜂胶,将蜂胶溶液倍比稀释至1∶128,采用琼脂平板扩散法检测其对幽门螺杆菌的抑菌活力。结果95%乙醇蜂胶提取物抑菌环直径为(27.17±4.22)mm,蜂胶水提取物抑菌环直径为(9.17±2.56)mm,两者比较差异有统计学意义。95%乙醇蜂胶提取物的抑菌环直径随蜂胶浓度的降低而变小,当倍比稀释至1∶128时抑菌环直径为0mm。结论体外实验表明,江西蜂胶对幽门螺杆菌具有明显的抑制作用,其中以95%乙醇为溶剂的蜂胶提取物抑菌作用明显,且其抑菌活性具有浓度依赖性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of different solvent’s extraction of Jiangxi propolis on Helicobacter pylori in vitro,and lay a good foundation for theory and practice in vivo experiment.Methods Extracted the propolis with 95% ethanol and water and diluted the propolis from 1∶2 to 1∶128,then detected the antibacterial effect on Helicobacter pylori with the method of agar-well diffusion.Results In the agar plate,the mean diameters of inhibition zone with propolis extracted by using 95% ethanol extract and water were respectively (27.17±4.22)mm and (9.17±2.56)mm.The statistic difference between them is significant.With the concentration of propolis’s alcohol solution decreasing,diameters of inhibition zone were shrinked.When diluting the propolis extracted with 95% ethanol to a final ratio 1∶128,the diameter of inhibition zone was 0 mm.Conclusion The Jiangxi propolis extracted with 95% ethanol has a strong and dose-dependent effect on Helicobacter pylori in vitro.更多还原
