【摘要】 目的探讨逆行人工鼻泪管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎与鼻泪管阻塞的疗效。方法对125例(158眼)慢性泪囊炎与鼻泪管阻塞的患者采用聚亚氨脂材料制成的人工鼻泪管植入泪囊与鼻泪管,冲洗通畅。结果慢性泪囊炎患者98例(126眼),其中治愈117眼,好转6眼,无效3眼,总有效率达97.7%;鼻泪管阻塞患者27例(32眼),其中治愈25眼,好转4眼,无效3眼,总有效率达90.6%。结论逆行人工鼻泪管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎与鼻泪管阻塞成功率高,损伤小,出血少,手术时间短,且不留瘢痕。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of retrograde intubation procedure for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and dacryocystorhinostenosis.Methods One hundred and twenty five patients (158 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis and dacryocystorhinostenosis were selected for undergoing the procedure of retrograde intubation of artificial lacrimonasal duct,which was made of polyurethane.The artificial lacrimonasal duct was inserted into the lacrimal sac and nasolacrimal duct from the opening of nasolacrimal duct.Results Among 98 patients (126 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis,117 eyes had been cured and 6 eyes improved.The procedure was invalid in 3 eyes.The total effective rate was 97.7%;the corresponding data of 27 patients (32 eyes) of dacryocystorhinostenosis were 25,4,and 3 with a total effective rate of 90.6%.Conclusion The retrograde intubation procedure for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis and dacryocystorhinostenosis are effectively safe,facilitated and without obvious scar.更多还原
