【摘要】 目的观察羟基喜树碱对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞胶原蛋白分泌的影响。方法人增生性瘢痕标本取自整形患者。采用组织块法培养人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞,并用ELISA方法检测羟基喜树碱干预下体外培养的人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的分泌量。结果各剂量浓度(63、125、250、500、1000ng/mL)羟基喜树碱均抑制人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的分泌,随着作用浓度的升高,抑制强度增加,但与作用时间无明显关系。结论羟基喜树碱对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞胶原蛋白的分泌有明显的抑制作用,对防治增生性瘢痕有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of hydroxycamptothecin on collagen secretion of human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts.Methods Human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts obtained from patients who received plastic surgery were cultured in vitro using tissue culture method.The secretion of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen from human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts intervened by hydroxycamptothecin were assayed with ELISA method.Results The concentration of hydroxycamptothecin(63,125,250,500,1 000 ng/mL)inhibited the secretion of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts,and as the concentration increased,the inhibition enhanced,and there was no significant relationship with action time. Conclusion Hydroxycamptothecin could significantly inhibit collagen secretion of human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts,which has a certain meaning to treatment of hypertrophic scars.更多还原
