【摘要】 目的检测p21、p16基因在骨肉瘤中的表达,并探讨其相关性。方法选择骨肉瘤标本37例,用免疫组化SP法检测标本中p21、p16基因的表达情况,并分析其相关性。结果37例骨肉瘤中p21、p16基因的阳性表达率分别为64.9%、40.5%,两者的阳性表达率和阳性程度在骨肉瘤中均较高;骨肉瘤中p21、p16基因表达呈正相关(r=0.492 4,P<0.05)。结论骨肉瘤组织中p21、p16基因异常表达,两者同时缺失可能是影响瘤细胞恶性行为的重要因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The expression of p21 and p16 gene have been detected in to explore their relationship in osteosarcoma development.Methods The expression of p21 and p16 in 37 osteosarcoma tissue samples were detected with SP immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive rate of p21 and p16 gene were respectively 64.9% and 40.5%,their positive rates and expressive intensities in osteosarcomas were higher.Expression of the two genes was positively correlated(r=0.492 4,P<0.05).Conclusion p21 and p16 gene express abnormally in osteosarcoma cells.Synchronous deletion of the two genes may be one of the key factors in malignant behavior of osteosarcoma cells.更多还原
