机床位姿误差的敏感性分析
Sensitivity Analysis of the Pose Error of Machine Tool
【摘要】 为在合理成本下高效控制机床的精度,通过拓展"加工误差敏感方向"的内涵,提出面向机床敏感误差的机床精度控制策略,实现这一策略的关键,是机床敏感误差识别。以滚齿机YK3610为对象,介绍基于多体系统理论和齐次坐标变换的机床误差建模方法,并依托该模型对机床敏感误差辨识方法、步骤和关键点进行阐述。示例表明,在众多机床误差源中辨识出敏感误差是可行的,其分析结果可提高误差防止和误差补偿的效率。
【Abstract】 To control the machine precision effectively with reasonable cost, a strategy of controlling the pose precision of machine tool is proposed by expanding the connotation of the sensitive direction of processing error. The key to realizing this strategy is to identify the sensitive errors of machine. Taking the YK3610 hobber as an example, the modeling method of combining multi-body system theory with transformation of homogeneous coordinates is introduced. The method, step and key point of identifying the sensitive errors of machine are described with this model. The demonstration shows that it is feasible to identify these sensitive errors among numerous machine error sources and these analysis results can enhance the efficiency of error prevention and error compensation.
