环氧环己烷制备反式-1,2-环己二醇的新工艺

【摘要】 制备了聚苯乙烯接枝季铵盐催化剂,并用于环氧环己烷水解制备反式-1,2-环己二醇,通过溶解度测定,确定了重结晶的较佳溶剂为1,2-二氯乙烷。考察了催化剂用量、物料摩尔比、反应温度、时间对水解反应的影响。较佳水解条件为(以0.1 mol环氧环己烷计):催化剂用量2.4%,n(H2O):n(C6H10O)=40:1,反应温度70℃,反应时间100 min,收率大于93%。在该条件下催化剂重复使用5次,活性未见明显降低。

【Abstract】 PS grated quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized and applied to the hydrolysis of epoxycyclohexane to trans-1,2-cyclohexanediol.1,2-dichloroethane was identified as the optimum solvent through the recrystallization of 1,2-cyclohexanediol by determining the solubility.Effects of the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of water to 1,2-epoxycyclohexane,the reaction temperature and reaction time on the product yield were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows (based on 0.1 mol epoxycyclohexane):mass of catalyst in reaction 2.4%,n(H2O):n(C6H10O)= 40:1,reaction temperature 70℃and reaction time 100 min.Under the optimal conditions,the total yield of the final product was above 93%.After reusing for 5 times,the catalytic activity of the ammonium salt was still excellent,without appreciable decrease in the selectivity.
