尿素包合法分离生物柴油中不饱和脂肪酸甲酯
SEPARATION OF UNSATURATED FATTY ACID METHYL ESTERS FROM BIODIESEL USING UREA ADDUCTION FRACTIONATION
【摘要】 以废弃油脂所制的生物柴油为原料,以甲醇为溶剂,采用尿素包合法分离不饱和脂肪酸甲酯。适宜工艺条件为:m(尿素):m(生物柴油)=1.7:1,甲醇用量比5.7~7.4 mL/g(以生物柴油计),包合温度5℃,包合时间18 h。在此条件下,不饱和脂肪酸甲酯收率44.64%,质量分数90.23%。
【Abstract】 Unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters were separated from biodiesel,which is produced with waste oils,by a urea adduct method,using methanol as solvent.The effects of urea-to-biodiesel ratio (Ru),solvent-to-biodiesel ratio(Rs),adduction time and adduction temperature on the separation were studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions are Ru=1.7,Rs=5.7-7.4,θ=5℃and t=18 h.Under these conditions,the unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters recovery was 44.64% with the content of 90.23%.
