客家饮食文化的传承与演变

【摘要】 客家是汉民族大家庭中的一个独具特色的支系,他们身居异乡,魂牵故里,在饮食习俗、饮食象征、饮食心理等方面继承了许多中原饮食文化传统,但为了群体生存与发展的需要,客家人面对强势百越文化及特殊的自然地理环境,入乡随俗,在饮食上也作出了许多适应性改变,从而形成了独树一帜的客家饮食文化。因此,理顺客家饮食文化传承与演变的脉络,有助于我们更加理性、直观地了解客家文化理解客家精神。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Hakkas are a unique ethnic group of the Han nationality. They migrated to strange land. Missing hometown, they preserved the traditions of the dietary practices, food symbolic, food psychology and many other aspect of central plain food culture. Do in Rome as the Romans do. Eating and drinking changes have been made to adapt to the strong Baiyue culture and particular nature and geographical environment. In order to survive and development, they form the instinctive Hakka diet culture. Thus, it can be more rational and intuition to understand Hakka culture and spirit after straightening out the heritage and evolution of Hakka catering culture.更多还原
