【摘要】 目的:研究了马齿苋生物碱对体外培养人肺腺癌细胞株(A549cell)的增值抑制。方法:MTT比色法间接测定生物碱对A-549cell增值的影响。结果:马齿苋生物碱具有抑制体外培养A-549cell增殖作用,并随药物浓度增加和作用时间的增长其效应增强。结论:马齿苋生物碱具有抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用,可望开发成为抗癌的功能性食品或药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the inhibition of alkaloid from Portulaca oleracea L.on A-549 cell in vitro.METHODS:Inhibition of proliferation was measured by MTT assay.RESULTS:alkaloid from Portulaca oleracea L.can inhibit the growth of the tumor and the effect is improved when the concentration is increasing.CONCLUSION:alkaloid from Portulaca oleracea L.can inhibit the growth of the tumor and it is promising that it may be an against cancer functional foods and/or drug.更多还原
