大型油罐蠕动式喷涂机器人
Wriggling spray robot of large scaled oil tank
【摘要】 在分析目前洞库油罐喷涂机器人(第1代)所采用的卷扬式提升机构现存问题的基础上,提出用液压自主蠕动式升降机构来替代卷扬式提升机构,由此形成鲜明特色的第2代喷涂机器人,并对其结构组成和运动原理进行分析,以及采用新结构后在液压系统、整体结构等方面做了改进。
【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the extant problems of hoist-type lifting mechanism currently adopted by the cave depot oil tank spray robot(first generation),using the hydraulic independent wriggling typed lifting mechanism to replace the hoist-typed lifting mechanism was put forward.There out the second generation spray robot with distinct features formed.An analysis has been carried out on its structural constitution and movement principle,and improvements were made on aspects of hydraulic system and overall structure etc.after adopted the new structure.
