基于扭转几何大变形理论的并联行星传动太阳轮轴设计研究
Designing research on sun gear shaft of parallel planetary gear transmission based on theory of torsional geometric large deformation
【摘要】 以潜油单螺杆泵采油系统中的并联行星齿轮减速器为研究对象,结合等圆截面杆的弹性扭转几何大变形位移公式,通过Matlab软件计算,建立了并联行星齿轮减速器中并联太阳轮轴扭转变形的数学模型,应用各段并联太阳轮轴扭转变形协调原理和等功率传递原理,设计了并联行星齿轮减速器。该减速器在传递额定功率的情况下可以大幅度减小径向尺寸。
【Abstract】 Taking the parallel planetary gear reducer in the submersible single screw pump oil-extraction system as the target of research,combining with the displacement formula of elastic torsional geometric large deformation of equalized circular sectioned rod and through the calculation of Matlab software the mathematical model of torsional deformation of parallel sun gear shaft in the parallel planetary gear reducer was established.Using the coordination principle and the uniform power transmission principle of torsional deformations in each section of parallel sun gear shaft,the parallel planetary gear reducer was designed.The radial dimensions of this reducer could be minimized to a large range under the condition of transmitting rated power.
