异径变节距悬架弹簧刚度特性逆向分析

【摘要】 利用变刚度螺旋弹簧的离散化分析思想,提出了一种异径变节距悬架弹簧的逆向分析方法。同时,对某车型异径变节距悬架弹簧进行逆向分析,获得该弹簧的刚度特性曲线,并与该弹簧的台架试验结果进行比较,验证了异径变节距悬架弹簧逆向分析方法的正确性。

【Abstract】 Utilizing the discrete analytical thought of the varied rigidity helical spring,a kind of converse analytical method for the suspension spring with varied pitch,mean diameter and wire diameter has been put forward.The converse analysis was carried out at the same time on the suspension spring with varied pitch,mean diameter and wire diameter of certain typed vehicle,and thus obtained the rigidity characteristics curve of this spring.And a comparison has been carried out with the result of bench test of this spring,the correctness of the converse analytical method for the suspension spring with varied pitch,mean diameter and wire diameter was verified.
