滚切剪剪切机构优化设计系统的构建

【摘要】 构建了集成剪切机构优化设计与设计验证于一体的滚切剪剪切机构优化设计系统。探讨了剪切力公式选取的合理性,并分析了滚切初期阶段剪切力峰值的产生原因与克服技术,在此基础上将二者融合到设计模块中,提高了优化设计的科学性。并对该软件系统进行了可行性验证,结果表明了该软件系统的有效性。

【Abstract】 The optimization designing system of shearing mechanism of rolling shear that integrated the optimization design of shearing mechanism with the verification of design into an organic whole has been constructed.The rationality on the selection of shearing force formulae was discussed,and the cause of production and the overcoming technology on the peak value of shearing force in the initial stage of roll cutting were analyzed.Hereon this base,let the two be syncretized into the design module,thus enhanced the scientificalness of optimization design.And the feasibility verification has been carried out on this software system;the result indicated the effectiveness of this software system.
