水凝胶修井液破胶技术研究与应用

【摘要】 为解决水凝胶修井液完成修井作业后引起油气渗流受阻问题,优选了破胶液体系,即海水+1.0%破胶剂HTS+1.5%粘土稳定剂HXJ+1.0%助排剂HRT+2.0%缓蚀剂HCI。并对其破胶效果、配伍性、储层保护性进行了系统评价,结果表明,该破胶液具有较好的破胶效果、缓蚀性能和储层保护性,泥饼失重率和岩芯渗透率恢复值均在90%以上,与平湖气田地层水及水凝胶修井液滤液之间具有较好的配伍性。

【Abstract】 The formula of gel breaking system was optimized which comprised seawater,1.0%gel breaker HTS+1.5%clay stabilizer HXJ+1.0%drainage aid HRT+2.0%corrosion inhibitor HCI in order to solve the seepage suffocate of oil gas after workover job by hydrogel workover fluid.The performancess including breaking effectiveness,compatibility and reservoir protection were evaluated.It turned out that breaker fluid had better breaking effectiveness,corrosion inhibition,and reservoir protection.The weight loss ratio of mud cake and recovery ratio of permeation rate of cores were greater than 90%.It had better compatibility with the formation water of Pinghu gas reservoir and the filtrate of hydrogel workover fluid.
