复合材料细观几何结构对有效模量的影响

【摘要】 基于平均值坐标插值的多边形有限元方法——重心有限元,以代表性单胞为计算模型,讨论增强相的细观几何特征对纤维增强复合材料有效模量的影响。通过改变增强相的尺寸、形状和方位等几何特征后得到的计算结果表明,增强相尺寸是影响有效模量的最基本的因素。除此之外,方位的影响较之形状的影响要更加显著。

【Abstract】 The influences of meso-structural geometric characters on the effective modulus of fiber reinforced composite materials were discussed by barycentric finite element method.The barycentric finite element method was polygonal finite element method,and this method was suitable to simulate the complex geometric areas.The computational model was selected the representative unit cell.The influencing factors of effective modulus were considered in the numerical computation,by the changing in size,shape and orientation of the reinforced phases.The results of the numerical computation show that the size of reinforced is the most important factor for the effective modulus of composite material.The effective modulus increases with the increment of the size of reinforced phase.The influence of orientation of the reinforced phase is more remarkable than the shape of the reinforced phase.The results of computational models including regularly arranged reinforced phase are obviously distinguished with the results of randomly arranged computational models.The difference between results of circular and elliptic reinforced phase is insignificant.
