光弹性八步相移法的研究和应用

【摘要】 主要研究光弹性相移法中受力模型全场等倾角信息的提取。针对传统的相移法不能彻底分离等倾角和等差线的问题,提出一种确定全场等倾角的新方法——八步相移法,彻底消除等差线对等倾角的影响,获得单纯的等倾角信息。经过模拟和实验验证,显示该方法的优越性,改进以往光弹性实验中相移法的不足,对实验应力分析及其在工程计算中的应用有一定的推动作用。

【Abstract】 The problem of isoclinic-isochromatic interaction is important in phase-shifting techniques in photoelasticity.A comprehensive discussion on the reason for the formation of ambiguous zones is presented.To separate isoclinic angle from the ambiguous fringe pattern,a technique named eight-step phase shifting is presented.Eight isoclinic images coupled with isochromatics are recorded by CCD(Charge Coupled device)camera from a plane polariscope with five different settings.The whole-field single isoclinic phase map in the range of [0,π/2] is obtained based eight maps.The feasibility of this method was proved by the simulation of a circular disk under diametral compression and the experiments of frozen disk,and the information of whole-field isoclinic can be extracted automatically.
