磁流变传动装置动态响应性能研究

【摘要】 根据Bingham粘塑性流体理论和Navier-Stokes方程,通过数值计算对磁流变传动装置的动态响应性能进行讨论,分析磁流变液的瞬态流场变化和流变响应时间及其影响因素,并对传动装置样机的动态响应性能进行测试。研究结果表明,磁流变液瞬间变成Bingham体后,传动装置流场分布发生明显变化;传动装置流变响应时间随工作间隙磁场强度增大而减小,随滑差转速及工作间隙厚度的增大而增大;磁流变传动装置动态响应性能良好,响应时间仅为几十毫秒。为磁流变传动装置的可靠设计和性能分析提供依据。

【Abstract】 Dynamic response characteristics of the magnetorheological transmission device(MRTD) was analyzed through numerical calculation based on Bingham viscoplastic model and Navier-Stokes equation,the variation of transient flow field,rheological response time and its affect factors for MR(magnetorheological) fluid were discussed,the dynamic response time of MRTD prototype by using commercial MR fluid was tested.The results reveal that when MR fluid converts to Bingham fluid,the flow field distribution of MRTD changes obviously.The rheological response time changes with the variation of magnetic density in the working gap,the slipping speed and the thickness of the working gap.MRTD has a good dynamic response characteristics and its response time is only about dozens of milliseconds.The key guidance for performance analysis and efficient control of MRTD is presented.
