植物体细胞胚发生的研究进展
Research Advances in Plant Somatic Embryogenesis
【摘要】 体细胞胚发生是植物界的一个普遍现象,具有广阔的应用前景和巨大的潜在经济价值。从体胚发生的形态学研究、内源激素变化、抗氧化物酶活性变化、蛋白质和糖代谢以及基因表达等方面进行了综述,以期为进一步深入研究体细胞胚的发生发育规律及植物高效再生体系的建立提供参考。
【Abstract】 Plant somatic embryogenesis is a common phenomenon and has wide application prospects and potential economic value.This review summarizes the research progress in morphology,endogenous hormones,anti-oxidative enzyme activity,metabolism of protein and sugar as well as gene expression.This can provide references for the researches on initiation and development of somatic embryogenesis and establishment of high frequency regeneration system of plants.
