【摘要】 选用L系列、F系列10个有代表性的香菇菌株,进行对适应松杉木屑栽培香菇新菌株宁香8号的拮抗性测定,试验结果表明:宁香8号与L系列和F系列菌株之间有极明显的拮抗作用;L系列菌株间存在的拮抗线比较明显或明显,F系列菌株间存在的拮抗线比较明显,L系列同F系列间存在明显的拮抗线,表明宁香8号与L系列、F系列10个菌株无亲缘关系,属于不同类菌株。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using 10 representative strains in series L and series F of Lentinula edodes as the tested materials,the antagonism of Lentinula edodes new strain Ningxiang No.8 which was suitable for cultivation on pine and fir sawdust was determined.The results indicated that there was very significant antagonism between Ningxiang No.8 and the tested strains in series L and series F;there was significant antagonism among the strains in both series L and series F or between series L and series F.So there is no affinity between Ningxiang No.8 and strains in series L and series F,they belong to different kinds of strains in Lentinula edodes.更多还原
