4个紫竹栽培类型叶绿素荧光特性的比较

【摘要】 紫竹(Phyllostachys nigra)为多用途经济竹种,研究利用叶绿素荧光测定技术测定大径紫竹、1 a紫、2 a紫、3 a紫4个紫竹栽培类型的叶绿素荧光参数并进行比较。结果表明:4个紫竹栽培类型间叶绿素荧光参数除qP外均达到显著或极显著水平,光系统Ⅱ功能存在差异。3 a紫的Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Yield、ETR、qP、NPQ值最高,其次为1 a紫、2 a紫,大径紫竹最低,说明3 a紫具有较好的光合生理功能,1 a紫、2 a紫次之,大径紫竹最差;相关分析表明:Fo与Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo,Fm’与qP、NPQ显著负相关或极显著负相关;Fm与Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo,Fv与Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm与Fv/Fo,Fv/Fo与ETR,F与Fm’,Yield与ETR、qP,ETR与qP,qP与NPQ显著正相关或极显著正相关。

【Abstract】 Phyllostachys nigra is a multipurpose commercial bamboo species.The chlorophyll florescence parameters of leaves in four cultivars of Phyllostachys nigra including large-diameter purple,one year purple,two-year purple,three-year purple were measured by the chlorophyll florescence measuring technique.The results showed that the parameters except qP all showed significant or extremely significant diversity levels among the four cultivars of Phyllostachys nigra and the functions of optical system Ⅱ were dissimilar.The values of Fv,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,Yield,ETR,qP,NPQ of the three-year purple were the highest,followed by the one-year purple and the two-year purple,and those of the large-diameter purple were the lowest,which showed that the photosynthetic physiological functions of three-year purple was the best,followed by the one-year purple and two-year purple,and that of the large-diameter purple was the worst.Correlation analysis among photosynthetic parameters showed that there were significantly or extremely significantly negative correlations between Fo and Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo;Fm’ and qP,NPQ;significantly or extremely significantly positive correlations between Fm and Fv,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo;Fv and Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo;Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo;Fv/Fo and ETR;F and Fm’;Yield and ETR,qP;ETR and qP;qP and NPQ.
