直线往复式磁力驱动器的动力学建模与数值仿真

【摘要】 磁力驱动器是可以实现无接触式密封的传动装置,在化工、医药、食品等行业有着广阔的应用前景。笔者对直线往复式磁力驱动实验台进行了简化,根据机械动力学知识,建立了合理的动力学模型。通过在一定范围内对磁力进行线性拟合,简化了磁力的计算。利用Matlab软件,使用四阶五阶Runge-Kutta算法对内外磁环间相对位移进行了数值仿真,并同实验结果进行了对比。

【Abstract】 A magnetic driver is a kind of driving device to achieve contactless airproof,and it has an extensive application prospect in chemical industry,medicine and food substance,etc.We first simplified the experimental device of magnetic force transmission of reciprocate in line and built its dynamic model.Then,we simplified the calculation of magnetic force by linear curve fitting in a certain range.Making use of the Runge-Kutta algorithm,we carried out numerical simulation of the relative displacement between the inner and outer magnetic sleeves by Matlab.The simulation result is compared with the experimental result.We finally draw the conclusion that the dynamic equation in this paper is correct.
