离心泵整机非定常特性数值研究
Numerical Study of the Unsteady Characteristics of a Whole 3D Flow-field Within a Centrifugal Pump
【摘要】 对一蜗壳式离心泵的设计流量工况和小流量工况进行了整机非定常数值模拟。模拟结果清晰的揭示了其效率、扬程等外特性随时间变化的波动规律。通过对内流场分布的详细分析,总结了叶轮进口截面和蜗壳出口截面上的压力分布随叶轮旋转的波动情况、叶片表面上的压力分布系数在叶轮旋转一周内的变化规律。笔者旨在定性的揭示泵内流场分布随叶轮旋转的波动规律,为改进泵的设计、改善泵运行中的震动和噪声问题提供有益的借鉴。
【Abstract】 For a centrifugal pump with volute,the unsteady CFD method is applied to study the whole 3D flow field within the pump.The simulation results reveal the efficiency and lift fluctuation law clearly.The pressure fluctuation on the inlet section and outlet section and the pressure distribution on the blade surfaces were studied carefully.Comparing the performances of the pump at design operation condition with those at low mass flow operation condition,we find that the flow fluctuation law within the pump is different at different operation condition.The results give some directions to improve the pump′s design method for the sake of reducing the vibration and noise.
