基于GL规范的大型风力发电机组轮毂强度数值分析
Strength Analysis of MW Class Wind Turbine Hub Based on GL Guideline
【摘要】 根据德国劳埃德(GL)认证规范,计算了某1.5 MW风力发电机组的轮毂在极限工况下的强度及疲劳工况下的疲劳寿命,并对极限工况下轮毂叶根螺栓连接进行了接触分析。通过计算分析,验证了该轮毂在各种工况下极限强度、疲劳寿命和极限工况下的螺栓连接接触强度。总结了基于GL规范进行风力发电机组关键零部件设计与分析的方法。
【Abstract】 In order to establish a set of design and analysis rules for MW class wind turbine′s key parts,a 1.5MW wind turbine hub′s ultimate strength,fatigue strength and the bolt connections of hub flange with blade root bearings under ultimate load cases were analyzed based on German Lloyd(GL) guideline.Then the reliability of the hub under ultimate load cases and fatigue load cases was validated.Under ultimate load cases,the maximum stress is 53.6 MPa whose location is on the pitcher driver′s flank.The hub′s fatigue lifecycles under fatigue loads is about 5.18×109,which is much larger than 1.0×107.The hub′s maximum stress is 157.7 MPa under bolt connection load cases,which mainly results from the pretightening forces,while ultimate forces and moments have much influence on the distribution of the stress on the hub.
