基于RANSAC算法的拉伸面特征提取

【摘要】 根据拉伸面在各点的法矢与拉伸方向垂直的几何约束关系,提出利用RANSAC算法并结合最小二乘法提取拉伸面的拉伸方向。首先分析了利用最小二乘法估算拉伸方向的缺点;然后,对基于平面拟合的法矢估算方法进行改进,采用迭代的方法估算法矢的精确值;最后,利用RANSAC算法并结合最小二乘法对拉伸面的拉伸方向进行提取。通过实验,证明了算法的有效性、鲁棒性和精确性。

【Abstract】 According to the vertical geometrical relationship between the normal of extruded surface and the extruded direction at each point,a method is presented which can extract the extruded direction of extruded surface with RANSAC(random sampling consensus) algorithm combined with least-squares.Firstly,the shortcomings of extracting the extended direction by least-squares are analyzed.Since the accuracy of the algorithm based on the fitting of a plane is poor,an improved algorithm is presented in this paper.The normal can be solved accurately by an iterative process.Finally,the extruded direction of an extruded surface is extracted with RANSAC algorithm combined with least-squares.The high efficiency,robustness and accuracy of this algorithm are proved through experiments.
