【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of X-Bar and R charts for internal quality control of clinical laboratory. Methods Hypothetical quantitative data on triglyceride quality control were analyzed using X-Bar and R charts built in SPSS quality control, then X-Bar and R control charts were produced with capability in-dices and performance indices. Results Hypothetical everyday data were plotted as points on X-Bar and R charts. The points that violate control rules were displayed exactly on the control charts and rule violation table. The capability and performance indices reflect the ability of the quality control process to perform to specification limits. Conclusion X-Bar and R Charts is very suitable for analyzing quantitative data from internal quality control of clinical laboratory.更多还原
