【Abstract】 Enterprise’s Venture Investment projects have huge venture and high uncertainty and irreversibility. So it’s difficulty to evaluate whether to invest it by traditional NPV method. After reviewing the study of the real options of character of Enterprise’s projects investment. Under the randomness and fuzziness we offer two kinds of models and make some discussion about it.
