巴氏梭菌高产1,3-丙二醇菌株诱变选育

【摘要】 <正>1,3-丙二醇(1,3-PD)主要应用于油墨、涂料、化妆品、制药、防冻剂等行业,它最重要的用途是作为聚酯、聚醚和聚亚氨酯的单体[1]。由它合成的聚酯,如聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT),有独特的性质和优异的性能,而且可以使聚酯塑料具有易于自然循环的可生物降解特性[2]。目前,1,3-丙二醇的生产主要是以石油裂解的乙烯和丙烯为原料,在高温和重金属催化剂的作用下化学合成的。这
【Abstract】 The flat-panel screening technology based on composite ion beam and ultraviolet light mutation and tolerant capability of product for improvement of conversion ability of glycerol into 1,3-propanediol by clostridia pasteuianu was adopted. The variation of activities of glycerol dehydratase (GDHt) and 1,3-propanediol oxidoreductase (PDOR) before and after mutation during metabolism of glycerol were determined. Then two excellent mutants tolerating 1,3-propanediol with high concentration were obtained. Compared to original strain, the yields of 1,3-propanediol with these two mutants were increased by 43% and 40%, up to 66.84g/L and 65.62g/L separately.
