3,5-二氯吡啶的合成工艺研究

【摘要】 <正>3,5-二氯吡啶是生产各种农用和医用产品的重要中间体。在农用方面,3,5-二氯吡啶可用来制备各种高效、低毒、低残留的杀虫剂和除草剂;在医用方面,3,5-二氯吡啶可用来合成各种消炎药、抑制剂、抗生素、镇静剂等,如制备螺环酰胺类
【Abstract】 3,5-Dichloropyridine was an important intermediate in the manufacture of agricultural chemicals and various pharmaceuticals.The 3,5-dichloropyridine was synthesized from self-made pentachloropyridine by reduction with zinc dust in the presence of acetic acid as proton donor,as a result,its three chlorine atoms,one at the para-,two at the ortho-position to the nitrogen atom of pentachloropyridine had been replaced by hydrogen atoms with orientation.The influences of several factors,such as the reaction time,the dosage of zinc dust,the reaction temperature on the yield had been studied.The optimized conditions were determined as follows:ratio of zinc to pentachloropyridine:7:1,reaction temperature:100℃, reaction time:10h.Under these conditions,the yield was about 66.53%,the purity of the products could reach up to 98%through purification by acetonitrile.
