含长链酯基的两种卟啉-5-氟尿嘧啶化合物的合成及结构表征
Synthesis and Structural Characterization of Two Long Chain Ester-group Porphyrin-5-Fluorouracil Compounds
【摘要】 以对氯苯甲醛和对羧基苯甲醛为原料合成了5-(4-羧基苯基)-10,15,20-三(4-氯苯基)卟啉(Ⅰ),再与二溴烷烃、5-氟尿嘧啶反应得目标化合物(Ⅲa、Ⅲb)。考察了影响反应的因素,其最佳条件是以DMF为溶剂,反应温度125℃,反应时间8 h,产率分别可达20.6%和21.4%,以V(氯仿)∶V(丙酮)=20∶1分离纯化的效果最佳,两种化合物的结构经紫外可见光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱等手段进行了确证。
【Abstract】 5-(4-carboxphenyl)-10,15,20-tri(4-chlorophenyl)porphyrin(Ⅰ) was synthesized using p-chlorobenzaldehyde and p-carboxylbendehyde as the starting materials,and then two target compounds(Ⅲa、Ⅲb) were prepared by Ⅰ、dibromane and 5-fluorouracil.The optimum reaction conditions for synthesis of Ⅲa and Ⅲb was:when DMF was used as the solvent,temperature 125 ℃,and time 8 h.The yields of Ⅲa and Ⅲb were 20.6% and 21.4%.The optimal separation conditions was:V(chloroform)/V(acetone)=20∶ 1.The structures of the two compounds were confimed by UV-Vis,IR,1HNMR and MS.
