【摘要】 在工程机械液压系统中,液压泵为液压执行元件提供压力油,所以液压泵的优劣直接决定了液压系统的性能。要生产出优质的液压泵,就要对它的各项性能指标按照标准进行综合评定,因此性能良好的试验台必不可少。文中介绍了所研制的工程机械液压泵综合性能试验台,并用试验台对某种工程机械液压泵的各项性能指标进行了测试,得出了相关的测试数据和试验结果。实践表明该试验台可以完成对工程机械液压泵综合性能的测试,达到了试验台设计的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the construction machinery hydraulic system, the hydraulic pump supplies the hydraulic actuator with pressure oil. So the quality of the pump determines the performance of the hydraulic system. A good test bench is necessary to produce hydraulic pump with high quality because its comprehensive performance indexes should be assessed. Here a construction machinery hydraulic pump comprehensive performance test bench developed by Anhui Boyi Fluid Power transmission Joint -stock Co. Ltd is introduced. And the performance indexes of a construction machinery hydraulic pump are tested with this test bench. And the relative test data and results are obtained. Practice indicates that the test bench can test the comprehensive performance of construction machinery hydraulic pumps, and the goal of designing it is achieved.更多还原
