虚拟样机技术在某型直升机舱门锁上的应用
Virtual Prototyping Modeling and Dynamic Simulation of Door Lock for a Kind of Helicopter
【摘要】 运用三维造型设计软件CATIA构建某型直升机舱门锁机构数学模型,通过接口软件实现与机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS的数据交换,在ADAMS中建立锁机构虚拟样机模型。对虚拟样机模型进行动力学仿真分析,通过验证锁机构开启特性和在开锁触盘上施加开启力,得到主要铰链处的受力曲线。说明虚拟样机模型构建合理,仿真具有可信度。
【Abstract】 In this paper, using three-dimensional design software CATIA set up model of a kind of helicopter’s lock machine, through the interface software of the automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems ADAMS, made the data exchanging, and establishing a virtual prototyping of the helicopter’s lock machine. Studies some kinematics and dynamics analyses, the sport simulation and optimal design is put up. The simulation results show that the locking machine design is feasible.
