摆直动从动件圆锥凸轮机构统一数学表达研究
Study on a Unified Mathematical Expression of Conical Cams with Oscillation or Translating Follows
【摘要】 提出了一种基于统一表达几何特征和运动特性的凸轮机构研究思路。通过将直动从动件运动虚拟为变半径摆动的方式,建立了从动件直动与摆动的统一数学表达公式。应用单参数曲面族包络面理论,推导出基于统一数学表达的摆直动从动件圆锥凸轮机构凸轮轮廓曲面解析表达式。数值计算验证了模型的正确性,结论可推广应用到其他类型凸轮机构上。
【Abstract】 An idea of study on cam mechanisms is proposed based on unified expression of their geometries and kinematics characters.By dummying the translating follows with varying radii of oscillation length,the unified mathematical expression of conical cams with oscillation or translating follows is established using theory of envelopes for 1-parameter family of surfaces.The model is verified through numerical calculating.The results are applicable for other type of cam mechanisms.
