【Abstract】 To enhance the yield of plastic tube beverage,advance its quality and ensure its health and safety,an advanced injection deeper and exhaust interior automatic level filling-sealing machine for plastic tube beverage,which was based on new principles,was designed.The schemes and the principles about the design are put forward.Moreover,the design principles about the filling process,the filling circuit,the power transmission and the sizes of key components are clarified in details.Finally,the design methods about the filling mouth components,the embossing closing components,the filling valves components and the filling frame components are also introduced.Some crucial problems in the development process are solved in this paper,which can enhance the compatibility and the reliability of the machine.The filling-sealing machine can be used for plastic tube beverage filling and sealing,which has a lot advantages of energy-saving,high-efficiency,health and safety,and so on.更多还原
