齿轮传动多体接触动力学模型
Multi-body Contact Dynamic Modeling of Gear Transmission
【摘要】 基于多体接触动力学理论,对齿轮传动动力学模型进行了研究,给出了模型参数的确定方法。以开发的混合型齿轮传动为对象,在ADAMS软件环境中建立了其多体接触动力学模型。在仿真环境下直观动态地描述了齿轮啮合接触过程,计算出齿轮传动在给定输入转速和载荷作用下各级齿轮的动态啮合力。仿真分析结果揭示了齿轮传动的刚度激励与啮合冲击激励引起响应的周期性波动的现象。
【Abstract】 The dynamic modeling of a gear transmission is studied based on the multi-body contact dynamic theory, and the method of getting the parameters for the meshing contact model is presented. The multi-body contact model of developmental mixed type gear transmission is established by ADAMS software. The simulation results give a visualized dynamical description of the meshing process and get the dynamic meshing force with the given input velocity and load. The simulation also discloses the periodicity waving phenomena of the system output, which induced by the stiffness activation and impact activation.
