心电向量三维数学模型研究
Research of the three-dimensional mathematical model of cardiograph vector
【摘要】 目的从QRS环入手,建立心电向量的三维活动数学模型,为深入探讨心电向量的活动规律奠定科学基础,为临床心电图诊断提供新的参考依据。方法利用数学建模理论和Matlab软件,分析处理样本数据,将心电向量数据恢复成三维空间曲线。结果建立了QRS环前半个周期的数学模型,模型曲线在相应平面上的分解与样本实际图象吻合。结论模型可以从不同角度展示QRS环的三维空间曲线,模型的建立为心电图的综合分析、心肌活动的深入研究开辟了新思路。
【Abstract】 Objective From the QRS wave,to establish a three-dimensional mathematical model of the cardiograph vector activities in the purpose of laying scientific foundation for in-depth study of the ECG vector and to provide a new reference for the clinical diagnosis.Methods Using Mathematical Modeling Theory and Matlab software,we analyse the sample data and recover the ECG data into a three-dimensional vector space curves.Results The three-dimensional mathematical model of pre-half cycle QRS wave was established,model plane curves match the actual images very well.Conclusion The Model can display the three-dimensional curve of QRS wave in all directions,which has opened up a new idea for comprehensive analysis of ECG and in-depth study on cardiac events.
