用旋转剪切法测量聚合物熔体零切粘度时应注意的几个问题

【摘要】 本文研究了不同测试条件下用旋转剪切法测量聚合物熔体零切粘度值的变化规律,并通过比较旋转剪切法所得数据与蠕变法及动态法数据,得出对于均聚物或均相共混体系零切粘度的测量,旋转剪切法与蠕变法及动态法同样适用。

【Abstract】 The zero shear viscosity of polymer melts was investigated by using steady state shear method.The values obtained from the steady state shear method were compared with those determined by the creep method.It concluded that for homopolymer or homogeneous miscible polymer blends,the steady state shear method was also useful to measure the zero shear viscosity of polymer melts.The method with relatively short measuring time interval is more effective than that with long ones.And this method can not be used in polymer blends.
