【摘要】 [目的]探讨肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤围术期的护理方法。[方法]对46例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤病人运用系统化整体护理程序进行护理评估,在此基础上对健康问题进行分析,提出护理诊断,制订护理计划及预期目标并实施,整个围术期给予精心的全程护理。[结果]病人均安全度过围术期,无并发症发生。[结论]应用整体护理方法对肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤病人进行充分的术前准备,细致严密的术中、术后监护是病人顺利度过围术期的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into perioperative nursing method of patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma.Methods:A total of 46 adrenal pheochromocytoma patients were assessed with holistic nursing program.On basis of that,health problems of patients were analyzed.Nursing diagnoses were put forward for them.And nursing plans and expected nursing goal were worked out and dad been carried out.During perioperative period,careful and meticulous whole range nursing care were provided for them.Results:All patients safely have lived through perioperative period,and no complications occurred.Conclusions:Applying holistic nursing care for patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma to carry out adequate preoperative preparation,careful and rigorous intraoperative and postoperative cares are the keys for them to pass through perioperative period smoothly.更多还原
