目测定位法在婴幼儿桡动脉穿刺采血中的应用

【摘要】 [目的]探讨目测定位法在婴幼儿桡动脉穿刺采血中的应用效果。[方法]将100例行桡动脉穿刺采血的婴幼儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组采用目测定位桡动脉穿刺采血;对照组采用触摸法桡动脉穿刺采血。观察并比较两组桡动脉穿刺采血一次穿刺成功率及采血时间。[结果]对照组采血时间为5.3min±0.6min,一次穿刺成功率为80.0%;观察组采血时间为3.1min±0.6min,一次穿刺成功率为94.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]目测定位法行婴幼儿桡动脉穿刺采血可替代触摸法,是一种更为方便、快捷、有效的采血方法。

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the effect of application of visual observation localization method in collecting blood sample via radial artery puncturing for infants.Methods:A total of 100 infants accepting puncturing for blood sample collection from radial artery were randomly divided into test and control group,50 cases each.Infants of test group were collected blood sample from puncturing radial artery by visual observation localization method.Infants of control group were collected the sample from radial artery by touching.Then one time puncturing success rate and the time of blood collection of the two group infants were observed and compared.Results:The time of blood sample collection for infants in control group was 5.3±0.6 minutes at average and one time puncturing success rate of them was 84%.However,the time of blood sample collection for infants in test group was 3.1±0.6 minutes at average and one time puncturing success rate of them was 94%.There were statistical significant differences between them.Conclusion:Visual observation localization method for infants accepting blood sample collection via radial artery puncturing may replace the touching method in clinic.It is a more convenient,fast and effective method for radial artery blood sample collection in infants.
