地下渗滤生物强化系统的建立及水力负荷对系统脱氮效果的影响

【摘要】 通过在地下渗滤系统添加自行研制的微生物菌剂,来改善土壤性状和增强地下渗滤系统中微生物活性,并研究在不同水力负荷(4 cm/d6、cm/d、8 cm/d和10 cm/d)下系统处理效能;通过不同水力负荷对比试验,表明通过生物强化,促进系统硝化和反硝化作用,使90%以上NH4+-N转化为NOx--N,且在不投加反硝化碳源情况下,使TN去除率提高13.9%以上。

【Abstract】 In this study,through adding microbial inoculum produced in the test to the subsurface infiltration system,the system can improve the properties of the soil and the activities of microorganisms.The effect of different hydraulic load(4,6,8 and 10 cm/d) on contaminants removal efficiencies of the system is also conducted.The results of the parallel experiment show that the application of bioaugmentation in subsurface wastewater infiltration system not only can enhance the function of nitrification and denitrification,but also convert 90 percent of NH+4-N to NO-x-N and promote the nitrogen removal efficiency above 13.9% by not adding carbon source to the system at the denitrification phase.
