【Abstract】 This paper compares the teachers’ cultivation among universities in China,and between Chinese universities and well-known research-oriented universities in foreign countries.It aims to reveal the current situation of teachers’ cultivation in Chinese research-oriented universities.Based on cluster analysis method, the research-oriented universities are classified.Moreover,the paper gives some advice on teachers’ cultivation.更多还原
