弹簧钢的技术发展及生产工艺现状

【摘要】 影响弹簧钢设计应力的两个主要因素抗疲劳和抗弹性减退已成为国内外弹簧钢研究开发的主题。技术发展现状:弹簧钢冶炼过程中采用铝预脱氧、钡合金终脱氧及夹杂物变性脱氧工艺,通过控制非金属夹杂物形态、降低硫和磷含量来提高钢的纯净度;精炼过程中控制精炼时间,控白渣及吹Ar搅拌等操作来防止钢水二次氧化;以连铸代替模铸,采用全保护浇注,钢水控温,加双层覆盖剂,稳定拉速,二次冷却水制度等来提高铸坯表面质量;轧制过程中使用气氛和压力可调的步进式加热炉,先进的高速无扭轧机,在线修整和检测技术,严格控制加热温度和均热时间。介绍弹簧钢的化学成分控制及其合金化特点。对国内外部分企业弹簧钢的生产工艺、冶炼特点及生产中的控制环节进行阐述。

【Abstract】 Anti-fatigue and anti-elasticity-letdown factors affecting spring design stress have become subject of spring steel research and development at home and abroad in recent years.The technology development present situation is: adopting aluminum to pre-deoxygenate,using barium alloy to deoxygenate in the end and inclusion denaturalization to deoxygenate process,to decrease content of phosphorus and sulfur and to increase steel purity by controlling inclusion form in the course of spring steel smelting;to control refining time and carbide slag,blow Ar to stir in refining to prevent molten steel reoxidation;substitute continuous cast for mold cast,adopt complete protection moulding,molten steel temperature controlling,adding covering agent,stabilize pulling rate,double cooling to improve the surface quality of casting slab;in the course of rolling to use walking beam furnace with adjustable atmosphere and pressure,advanced high speed no-torsion rolling mill,finishing and check and measure on line,to control heating temperature and soaking time strictly.The chemical composition control and alloying characteristic of spring steel are introduced.The process,smelting characteristic and control link in production of some domestic and foreign spring steel enterprises are expounded.
