【Abstract】 Agricultural structure in Quanzhou has been reduced and optimized constantly.The construction of agriculture on the west side of the Straits is being pushed ahead continuously as well.The industrial management of agriculture is faced with new opportunities for development.All of these demand us to quicken the step of perfecting the system of the transfer of the contractual right of land.While transferring the contractual right of land,we should insist on classified guidance and fairness,improve the transferring mechanism,and persist in the principle of transferring.Besides,we should improve the rural social security system and transform the government functions so as to push forward the contractual right of land transferred in good order.更多还原
