【摘要】 面向机电产品,讨论了基于LCA的产品工艺规划内涵和体系结构,建立了工艺规划决策模型,并提出了基于LCA的工艺规划方法。从机电产品制造工艺的技术特性和绿色特性等方面研究了机电产品基于LCA的工艺参数化模型建立方法。在此基础上提出了工艺规划方案的环境代价评价方法和技术框架,以及基于LCA的机电产品工艺规划软件的系统结构体系和功能模型,并从系统角度设计出主要业务流程,开发了原型系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 For mechanical and electrical products,the connotation and structure of product process planning based on LCA has been discussed,the decision-making model of process planning has been es-tablished and the process planning method based on LCA has been proposed.The method of process para-metric model construction based on LCA has been studied in detail from technical and green features of manufacturing process.Further more,the method and the Technology Framework of the environmental costs assessment has been proposed as well as the structure and Functional model of process planning software.Fi-nally,the main process and the prototype system has been designed from the perspective of the overall.更多还原
