自动真空吸塑成型机的研发
The research and development of automatic vacuum-forming machine
【摘要】 介绍了一种用于汽车内饰件成型的真空吸塑成型机,重点阐述了成型机的基本结构、加热装置及成型工艺过程的控制系统。该设备结构紧凑、自动化程度高、可靠性好,可以替代同类进口设备。
【Abstract】 Introduce the machine use in vacuum forming automotive upholstery,expounds the struc-ture characteristics and heating device and controlling system for technological process.Its superiority is much more compact and high degree of automation and good reliability,so it can be substitute for the same type machines imported.
