基于遗传算法的受控RRRPR机构优化设计
Optimize design of controlled RRRPR mechanism based on generation algorithm
【摘要】 建立了受控RRRPR机构的数学模型(一个转动副以按给定规律运动,另以一个移动副做相应补偿运动),探讨了机构优化设计方法和步骤;采用VC和OpenGL为工具,基于遗传算法实现了受控RRRPR机构的反求优化设计,能复演一定数量的轨迹点,通过计算机仿真实验验证了该方法能快速的获得满足设计要求的机构。该方法拓展了受控机构学的理论研究,同时也为其生产应用提供了理论基础。
【Abstract】 It sets up the math model of controlled RRRPR mechanism(takes a revolute-pair with given motion and a prismatic-pair with compensating motion),discusses the mechanism reverse optimize design methods and steps;adopts the VC and OpenGL as explore tools,based on generation algorithm,realizes the controlled RRRPR mechanism reverse optimize design which can recurrences the track. The experiment proves it can get the required mechanism quickly,this method extends the research on controlled mechanism,and also gives supports for its applications.
