弹性支撑条件下的大型车载箱式倾斜发射装置振动响应分析
Vibration analysis of large incline tube-launching vehicle with flexible supporting
【摘要】 大型车载箱式倾斜发射装置工作时若采用轮胎着地支撑代替液压油缸支撑,可以进一步缩短发射准备时间,减轻装备质量,提高装备机动性,但同时由此产生的振动环境也更加恶劣。建立了能反映弹性支撑条件下的大型车载箱式倾斜发射装置各个方向振动的整车模型,分析了导弹发射过程中的系统振动激励,对发射过程的动态响应进行了仿真计算,并从频域和时域对仿真结果进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The adjustability and maneuverability of large vehicular weapon system will be improved and the time for preparing to launch will be shorten when the flexible support-launching mode is to be taken.But the vibration will be worse.A whole vehicle model was established,which is excited by the vehicular weapon.The launching shock excitation was analyzed and calculated.The responses of the model excited by the vehicular weapon was analyzed in time domain and frequency domain.
